Irex magic 25000 puffs refillable vape recalled due to lack of child-resistant packaging
Health Canada has recalled the products because they don’t meet the child-resistant container requirements for vaping products required by the Vaping Products Labelling and Packaging Regulations under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act.
“Vaping substances containing nicotine present a poisoning risk if they are ingested,” Health Canada says in their recall notice. “Inappropriate packaging and labelling can lead to unintentional exposure to the product and cause serious illness or injuries, including death.”
