With a new year upon us, The Wellness Show is returning to Vancouver, offering a timely and transformative experience for those eager to embrace holistic health. Featuring more than 200 exhibitors covering all aspects of health and wellness, this year’s The Wellness Show will include three stages that are sure to provide attendees with the tools and information needed for increased well-being. “The Wellness Show has continued to evolve with current trends, and heading into 2024, we are seeing a deeper focus on holistic health,” says Jeannette Savard, The Wellness Show founder. “This two-day event provides an opportunity for attendees to discover new resources for all areas of wellness including women’s health, fitness and living well through seminars and cooking demonstrations.”
Mind: Nourishing the mind
At The Wellness Show, exhibitors and speakers will guide attendees in harnessing the potential of their minds for enhanced mental health through the use of supplements and inner teachings. Featuring breathwork practices with Meg Pearson Coaching & Breathwork to life coaches like Red Key Coaching, the Show lets participants explore a myriad of strategies to cultivate a resilient and balanced mindset.
Attendees can also visit the Women & Wellness Stage to listen to Holly Xing talk about brain-powered weight management. On the Living Well Stage, they can hear from Gilly Thomas, who will be sharing the antidote to loneliness. The mind, when nurtured, guides everyone towards a path of holistic health.

Body: Nourishing the temple within
The Wellness Show is a sanctuary for those seeking to revive and invigorate their bodies through various wellness practices. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore exhibitors offering holistic products, natural remedies and supplements tailored to the enhancement of their individual health needs, while unearthing the secrets of top supplement companies like AquaOmega, Inner Wellth Supplements, Organika, Purica, Webber Naturals and Wellness Extract.
They’ll also discover new services for the body from Latitude Wellness & Counselling, a multidisciplinary wellness clinic, with a focus on the foundational elements of bodily health, including the nervous system. There will be the opportunity to learn about the healing properties of nutrient-dense foods and how to incorporate them into daily diets with dynamic cooking demonstrations on the Cooking Stage. Learn from Chef Meghan Pearson on how to eat for love, not nutrition, with her take on cooking with Bless Your Body Temple. Gain insight about cooking with extra virgin olive oil and the health properties you can achieve with Emily Lycopolus, the Olive Oil Critic. Fermented foods provide many health benefits, and Chef Emilie Parrish will be on the cooking stage to demonstrate how to incorporate these types of foods into your meals.
